What to expect

Many people who come to see me have never seen a psychologist before, and are feeling a range of emotions, from scared to nervous or embarrassed.

Remember, people face difficulties at various stages of life, from childhood through to adulthood. Some people experience serious life stress, while others might struggle with strong emotions from time to time, for example, anger, sadness, and worry.
